Flow of Approval
The flow of approval for JLAB external papers is as follows:
- Physics/IT/COO/Theory/FEL Divisions: author to supervisor to Associate Director.*
- Accelerator/Engineering: author to reviewer to supervisor to publications chair to Associate Director.*
- EHSQ Division: author to reviewer to Associate Director.*
*All reviewers have the option of diverting a paper for legal review prior to approval. Associate Directors have the option of diverting a paper for Director's office review prior to approval.
