Publication Abstract: This work focuses on predicting the photoproduction of the C-odd fully-charmed tetraquark at electron-ion colliders within the nonrelativistic QCD framework, specifically HERA, future EIC, and future EicC. Adopting the equivalent photon approximation, We computed the short-distance coefficient at the lowest order in velocity and $\alpha_s$. With the aid of two phenomenological models, we approximated the value of the long-distance matrix element and predicted the cross sections and event yields of fully-charmed tetraquark photoproduction at HERA, EIC, and EicC. Our results suggest that EIC is the most promising machine for studying fully-charmed tetraquark photoproduction.
